Sharing the Wealth with Everyone
One of my friends at the Treasure at Tampines where I stay decided that he wanted to have a big party. He had won some money when he went to Las Vegas a few weeks ago, and wanted to share it with everyone, so he bought a lot of food and invited everyone to eat with him. Personally, I would have saved the money by putting it in a savings account, but I guess someone people would rather do things their own way. Still, it was a nice thing for him to do, and I was glad that he invited me.
A lot of people came to the party. I guess no one can really turn down the promise of free food.…
